Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Partner Insights & System Integration to own the end-to-end partner-driven product and integration work. You will sit with partners, translate their input into actionable requirements, and partner with Enterprise Technology to design, build, and validate connected systems.

The role combines outbound product management experience with strong partner-facing presence, requiring knowledge of PRM, Salesforce, and cross-system integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management at an enterprise SaaS company, ideally with outbound responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems and channel/partner systems.
• Proficiency building and running reports/dashboards in Salesforce.
• Experience designing and executing user acceptance testing for enterprise systems.
• Project management skills; PMP, PgMP or Agile certification a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and integration designs.
• Strong competitive and market analysis skills.
• Experience with project and analytics tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with partner advisory councils or boards and feedback programs.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Sit directly with partners and stakeholders to gather feedback and probe for real requirements.
• Own multi-channel partner feedback infrastructure across distributors, VARs, MSPs, SIs, and ISVs.
• Convert qualitative and quantitative feedback into prioritized, testable requirements for Enterprise Technology.
• Close the loop with partners, communicating how their feedback shaped program and system decisions.
• Facilitate structured feedback mechanisms that give partner voices a formal channel to Cohesity leadership.
