Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own partner insights and systems integration, collaborating with Partner Programs and Enterprise Technology to translate partner feedback into actionable product requirements.

You’ll drive conversations with partners, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure integrations across CRM/SFDC, partner portals, and automated workflows. Strong PRM experience and enterprise SaaS background are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management at an enterprise SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with partners/customers to gather requirements.
• Hands-on experience with PRM systems and channel/partner processes (Salesforce, partner portals, deal registration).
• Proven project management skills; PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sit with partners and stakeholders to gather feedback and define requirements.
• Own partner feedback infrastructure (NPS, surveys, interviews) and translate into actionable backlog.
• Translate requirements into system specs for Enterprise Technology integration.
