Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Product Manager focused on Partner Programs to translate partner feedback into requirements for the enterprise technology stack. You will own the partner-facing product backlog, track market and competitive insights, and collaborate with Sales Ops, Channel, and IT to implement integrated solutions involving SFDC, partner portals, deal registration, and automated workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management at an enterprise SaaS company with outbound responsibilities.
Direct experience working with partners/customers to gather requirements and demos.
Hands-on experience with PRM systems and Salesforce.
Familiarity with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and governance.
Experience translating market insight into product requirements and backlog.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project plans translating approved requirements into live capabilities.
Design and lead UAT plans, scripts, and coordinate testers and defect triage.
Lead cross-functional teams across Partner Programs, Enterprise Technology, Sales Ops, Channel, Communications, and Finance.
Track risks, blockers, and progress; drive resolution to improve partner efficiency.
Develop dashboards on partner sentiment, seller engagement, and system performance.
