Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in an enterprise SaaS company.
• Comfortable with partner/customer-facing interactions and demos.
• Hands-on experience with PRM systems and channel processes including Salesforce.
• Experience designing and executing UAT, test planning, and defect triage.
• Ability to build business cases and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from partners through listening sessions, demos, and advisory boards.
• Translate feedback into prioritized product and system requirements for Enterprise Technology.
• Own partner feedback infrastructure across distributors, VARs, MSPs, SIs, and ISVs.
• Prioritize the partner roadmap balancing needs with IT capacity and business impact.
• Lead system integration work: CRM/SFDC, partner portal, deal registration, and analytics.
• Design and run UAT plans, scripts, recruit testers, and manage defect resolution.
