Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem that helps partners bring solutions to market. You will develop courses, sales resources, and go-to-market assets to empower partners to position and support Relativity's solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Proven experience designing scalable learning content and go-to-market enablement resources for external audiences.
• Ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects from concept to launch.
• Hands-on experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe and with LMS/PRM platforms.
• Strong ownership and detail orientation, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in modern instructional design and scalable learning experiences for go-to-market teams and external audiences.
• Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex concepts and work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams to translate complex information into partner-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content that equip partners to effectively sell and support Relativity's solutions.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across key platforms, including the Partner Portal and Partner Learning Journey.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance go-to-market enablement resources, including sales collateral and co-brandable assets.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library with a well-organized content experience for partners.
• Plan and execute enablement content development for onboarding programs, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance across all partner-facing content and platforms.
• Use partner feedback and engagement data to continuously improve learning content and experiences.
