Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem for partners. You will design courses, curate learning journeys, and develop go-to-market resources to help partners sell and support Relativity solutions.

Collaborating with the Partner Enablement Program Manager, you will onboard partners, coordinate product launches, and evolve ongoing learning journeys to keep partners current on Relativity products and programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enablement, training, or content development.
• Experience building scalable learning content and GTM enablement assets.
• Ability to scope, plan, and execute enablement projects from concept to launch.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools (Articulate/Adobe) and enablement platforms (LMS/PRM).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across platforms like Partner Portal and Partner Learning Journey.
• Develop and enhance go-to-market enablement resources including sales collateral and best practices.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library and ensure a governed content experience.
• Plan enablement content development for onboarding, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure content governance, accuracy, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Use feedback and data to improve learning content and experiences.
