Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem for partners to bring solutions to market. You will design courses, curate sales resources, and develop go-to-market assets to help partners position, sell, and support Relativity's solutions.

Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Program Manager to keep content current on products, partner programs, and GTM best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Proven ability to design scalable learning content and GTM enablement resources for external audiences.
• Proven ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects from concept through launch.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe, and enablement platforms including an LMS or PRM.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in modern instructional design and scalable learning experiences for go-to-market teams and external audiences.
• Excellent communicator able to simplify complex concepts and work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams to translate complex information into partner-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content for partners.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across the Partner Portal and Partner Learning Journey.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance go-to-market enablement resources—including sales collateral and co-brandable assets.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library with organized governance.
• Plan and execute enablement content development for onboarding programs, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance across all partner-facing content and platforms.
• Use partner feedback and engagement data to continuously improve learning content and experiences.
