Job summary
Nerdio is seeking a Partner Development Manager to drive the Nerdio Manager for AVD through a named EUC partner set. Remote in Germany. You will recruit and develop partners, build pipeline, and partner with Microsoft sales for opportunities.
A quota-carrying role focusing on growth in the EUC/VDI space. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in partner management, VDI experience, and strong German language skills (C1).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven partner management in EUC/VDI with quota-carrying sales.
- Competency in VDI cloud technologies and operating models.
- Familiarity with AVD, Citrix, or VMware VDI and related cloud technologies.
- Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Uncover and build rapport with existing Nerdio EUC partners.
- Identify AVD opportunities with EUC partners and build a robust pipeline.
- Develop and drive collaborative sales opportunities within the AVD ecosystem with partners.
- Grow relationships and cadence around pipeline creation, management and forecast.
- Utilize CRM to manage opportunities, document needs, and track projects.
- Become proficient in Nerdio IT systems for quotes, CRM entry, and account setup.
- Collaborate with Microsoft sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
- Negotiate pricing for Nerdio solutions per pricing policies.
