Job summary

U.S. Bank's Elavon Embedded Payments Partnerships team is expanding and seeks a Partner Development Manager to accelerate UK & Ireland partnerships with technology platforms, ISVs, gateways and developers.

This role focuses on building alliances and driving revenue growth in a One Elavon framework. You don't need to be deeply technical; you will rely on technical consultants while leading relationship building, negotiations, and lifecycle management of strategic partnerships to deliver value for

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of achievement against target in new business acquisition.
• Strong ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships with tech platforms.
• Experience launching partnerships with product and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build robust account plans to maximise distribution across the UK & Ireland.
• Apply a solution sales approach to retain and grow partnerships.
• Develop cross-functional relationships to implement innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with regional EPP colleagues to align on vision and goals.
• Lead complex negotiations to balance needs of Elavon, partners and merchants.
• Maintain awareness of the payments market to identify opportunities.
• Hybrid role with strong business development to maximize revenues.
• Achieve agreed annual, quarterly, and monthly sales objectives.
