Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Payments & Strategic Partnerships to lead embedded banking and payments initiatives with ISVs, Vertical SaaS platforms, marketplaces, and software ecosystems. You will shape the ISV strategy, own the roadmap, and drive partner integrations while aligning with regulatory and client-experience goals.

You will coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and external partners to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, payments, banking, fintech, or related fields.
• 7+ years in merchant acquiring, payments, treasury management, embedded finance, or banking products.
• 7+ years in card processing, ACH, settlement and funding, merchant onboarding, PayFacs, embedded finance ecosystems, and API-driven platforms.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• 7+ years in analytics and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ISV product strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for embedded finance capabilities.
• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, revenue, risk, and feasibility.
• Develop value propositions for ISV partners and customers.
• Manage API/onboarding integration requirements and developer experience.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Support HOA banking and payments capabilities and partner integrations.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with risk, compliance, legal, treasury, and merchant services.
