Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Product Manager, Payments & Strategic Partnerships to lead embedded banking and payment solutions for ISVs, Vertical SaaS providers, marketplaces, and software platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Payments, Banking, Fintech, or related areas.
• 7+ years experience in merchant acquiring, payments, treasury management, embedded finance, or banking products.
• 7+ years experience with card processing, ACH, settlement and funding, merchant onboarding, payment facilitators, embedded finance ecosystems, and API-driven platforms.
• 7+ years experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• 7+ years experience with analytics and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ISV product strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
• Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for embedded finance capabilities.
• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, revenue opportunity, risk, and feasibility.
• Develop product positioning and value propositions for ISV partners and their customers.
• Monitor fintech, banking-as-a-service, payments, and embedded finance trends.
• Develop roadmaps supporting ISV platform and HOA banking and payments solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage common technology across embedded finance programs.
• Define end-to-end money movement and settlement experiences.
• Develop onboarding, activation, and servicing workflows.
• Establish integration requirements including APIs and webhooks.
• Define operational, support, reporting, and reconciliation capabilities.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization.
• Support HOA banking and payments capabilities, including integrated payment acceptance and treasury services.
• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from concept through launch.
• Own backlog management, prioritization, sprint readiness, and release planning with technology.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and drive mitigation plans.
• Facilitate operating rhythms and executive reporting.
• Establish scalable execution frameworks for multiple ISV and partner relationships.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to meet delivery commitments.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field

MBA or advanced degree preferred
