Job summary

Alarm.com — via PointCentral, our leading smart property platform — seeks a Senior Partner Growth Manager to accelerate revenue growth through a partner-led model. You will recruit and enable Service Providers, drive new-logo growth, and collaborate with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities across Florida and beyond.

You will spend significant time in the field with partners, managing pipeline in Salesforce and aligning internal teams to close deals and expand the partner base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in channel/partner sales.
• Experience selling through and with service providers or partners.
• Proven ability to drive page pipeline, revenue, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own partner-driven new-logo growth and expansion within partner accounts.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable new Service Providers aligned to target markets.
• Build joint growth plans with providers to activate more producing partners.
• Lead business reviews and partner performance discussions using data.
• Accelerate partner-led opportunities while coordinating internal resources.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities needing support.
• Triage and route partner issues across onboarding, support, pricing, and execution.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline updates and partner activity reports.
• Capture partner feedback to improve positioning and implementation.
