Job summary

PointCentral, a leading smart-property platform and subsidiary of Alarm.com, is hiring a Senior Partner Growth Manager to accelerate revenue through its channel sales model. You will own partner-driven new-logo growth and expansion within partner-managed accounts, working with Service Providers, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams in the field.

You will recruit and enable new Service Providers, build joint growth plans, and lead performance reviews to drive intentional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in channel sales, partner development, account growth, or enterprise sales.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
Experience selling into MDU, property management, prop-tech, or related real estate tech preferred.
Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority and to drive action across teams.

Responsibilities

Own partner-driven new-logo growth and expansion within partner-managed accounts.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new Service Providers aligned to target markets.
Build and execute joint growth plans with Service Providers to activate more partners.
Lead partner reviews and use data to drive growth planning.
Accelerate partner-led opportunities through pricing, positioning, and internal coordination.
Collaborate with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities requiring support.
Triage and route partner issues across onboarding, support, product, pricing, and execution.
Maintain Salesforce records and provide updates on pipeline and productivity.
Capture partner feedback to improve competitive position and implementation.
