Amazon is seeking a results-driven Partner Sales Manager to lead partner-originated revenue within an industry-aligned territory. You will work with AWS Marketplace, co-sell motions, and cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline velocity and customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with GSI/SI and ISV partners, cloud migration value, and AI-enabled selling. Strong communication and governance are required across procurement and leadership teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years in full sales cycle or technology sales
• Experience selling through partners and co-selling
• Proven track record beating revenue targets in quota roles
• Ability to engage C-suite and procurement stakeholders
• Experience structuring and closing partner-attached deals via AWS Marketplace
• Experience building cloud migration business cases and cost analyses

• Drive partner-originated and partner-assisted revenue with quota accountability across an industry-aligned territory
• Execute co-sell motions with GSI/SI and ISV partners and articulate partner capabilities to customers
• Partner with teams to position cloud migration solutions and influence procurement and business leaders
