Job summary

Citi is seeking a Partner Management Lead Officer on the Costco Product team in Schaumburg, IL. This role supports growth strategies for the Costco Anywhere Visa Card by developing and launching acquisition campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet financial targets.

You will analyze program results, manage the project tracker, document processes, and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency while upholding compliance and safeguarding Citi's assets.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years relevant experience in marketing, product or project management and client/relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Finance; MBA desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in private label credit or bankcard industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition with cross-functional teams and manage growth projects.
• Design and launch acquisition campaigns with Costco partnership.
• Monitor financial targets and program profitability.
• Support product owner with requirement gathering and collateral routing.
• Maintain project tracker with milestones and progress.
