Qualifications

• 6-10 years relevant experience in marketing, product or project management and client/relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Finance; MBA desirable.
• Private label credit or bankcard industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key liaison with the Partner, supporting profitable portfolio growth and strengthening the client relationship.
• Drives new account acquisition in partnership with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Partners with Marketing to execute strategy across channels including direct mail, credit integration, Citi.com, email, paid media and in-store offers.
• Identifies funnel optimization opportunities and supports the Product Owner in developing new acquisition capabilities.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on strategy coordination, opportunity sizing, approvals, and reporting results.
• Analyzes program results to improve performance and profitability.
• Manages project tracker, milestones, progress, and escalation of delays.
