Citizens is seeking a Consumer Product Performance Partner to drive Existing Cardmember Growth with a strategic roadmap and end-to-end product experience. You will collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Finance and Operations to optimize portfolio growth and profitability while managing budgets and initiatives.

The role demands strong P&L alignment, experience in card programs, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading ECM Growth initiatives for US-based card issuer.
• Strong industry and product knowledge; connect P&L to strategy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead by example.
• Mastery of portfolio KPIs across Credit Card.
• Business acumen with ability to build from nascent stage.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage ECM Growth roadmap across utilization, growth, retention and margin.
• Manage product structures and promotional strategies across channels.
• Lead product design, deployment, customer experience, campaigns and communications.
• Collaborate with Finance and PP&A on budgets, forecasts, pricing strategy.
• Provide ad hoc portfolio trend reporting and competitive analysis.
