Job summary

Rapid Finance is seeking an experienced Partner Relationship Manager to attract and manage Referral Partners for its cash advance and loan products. You will support Business Development, identify new lead sources, run call campaigns, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to boost revenue.

You will build relationships, manage partner onboarding to funded deals, and monitor performance while staying highly motivated by clear metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a business development role.
• Knowledge and appreciation of small business.
• Strong phone sales discipline required.
• Experience in financial services, lending or mortgage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business partners with daily engagements to drive production.
• Cultivate new relationships with prospective partners.
• Perform data analytics to identify opportunities and guide BD strategies.
• Travel to visit referral partners and research new markets as needed.
• Develop and deliver strategies to attract partners and increase production.
