Job summary

HP, Inc. seeks a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to manage Tier-2 reseller relationships in the United States and drive growth through Amplify and GBU initiatives. You will align partner capabilities with HP’s strategic objectives and promote the HP portfolio.

Rhythms include coordinating with partner and end-user sales, leading partner enablement, and shaping joint plans to accelerate revenue while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years in channel distribution management or similar.
• Proven track record in managing strategic relationships and driving growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, and reseller engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement between partner teams and HP sales to expand funnel.
• Represent HP at partner events and enable partner sellers.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Analyze market trends and turn insights into opportunities.
• Develop joint business plans with partners to promote growth.
