Job summary

Learfield is hiring a Partner Development Business Analyst in Dallas, TX. The role supports the Partner Development team with business analysis, revenue growth initiatives, and cross-functional process improvements across Salesforce, contracts, and operations.

You will manage post-sale workflows, analyze performance, and develop actionable insights. This position offers exposure to sales, account management, and career progression toward Partner Development Manager opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in business analysis or related fields.
• Strong Salesforce experience with CRM governance, sales pipeline management, reporting, and data integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with business reporting tools.
• Experience analyzing business performance and providing reports, dashboards, insights, and recommendations to management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale contract and operational workflows, ensuring accurate transition across systems and teams.
• Analyze partner performance, revenue trends, pipeline health, renewals, and metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of processes across Salesforce, contract management systems, Jira, Taskland, and related platforms.
• Establish and maintain Salesforce governance standards; monitor data integrity and implement corrections.
• Coordinate Partner Development initiatives across Finance, Operations, Product, Design, Support, SIDEARM Extended, and other teams.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses to support informed decision-making and operational visibility.
• Manage a portfolio of high school and junior college partners, including renewals and account activities.
• Support accounts receivable follow-up and collections with Finance and stakeholders.
