Learfield IMG College in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to turn sales and revenue data into actionable insights. You will support performance management, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve sales productivity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales analytics, BI, or revenue analytics roles.
• Strong Excel proficiency and BI/visualization experience (Tableau).
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Business acumen to understand sales activity, pipeline, inventory and revenue drivers.
• Clear written and verbal communication for varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and leadership to translate questions into analysis and recommendations.
• Support revenue planning, budgeting, forecasting, pacing and performance analysis.
• Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities, risks and insights.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reports using Tableau, Excel, and other data sources.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Own recurring reporting processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate across teams to improve data quality and reporting consistency.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting and analytics.
• Support ad hoc analyses for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
