100 LEARFIELD is seeking a Partner Development Business Analyst to support the Partner Development team through business analysis, operational oversight, and process improvements. You will work cross-functionally across Salesforce, contracts, customer support, finance, and project management to prioritize initiatives and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in business analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, or related fields.
• Strong Salesforce governance, CRM reporting and data integrity experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale contract and operational workflows across systems.
• Analyze partner performance, revenue trends, and pipeline health.
• Lead design and improvement of processes across Salesforce, Jira, and related platforms.
• Maintain Salesforce governance standards and data integrity.
• Coordinate initiatives across Finance, Operations, Product, Design and other teams.
• Prioritize Tier 2 customer support issues and coordinate follow-up.
• Identify risks and inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports for informed decision-making.
• Manage a portfolio of high school and junior college partners with renewals and growth.
• Support accounts receivable follow-up and collections coordination.
