Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Specialist and Partner Funding Program Manager to design, evolve, and launch scalable partner funding programs that grow the AWS Specialist & Partner ecosystem. You will partner with multiple teams globally to align on goals, governance, and adoption of programs.

You will manage end-to-end program lifecycles, drive process improvements, and provide insights through data-driven reviews to accelerate partner growth and AWS revenue across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Go-To-Market, BD, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years solving problems with technology in Telecommunications.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree and experience influencing leadership decisions.
• Program management experience across cross-functional teams with release scheduling.
• Experience with analytical tools and deep metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch scalable partner funding programs aligned with AWS priorities.
• Collaborate with Program, Operations, Sales/Partner Sales, and APN teams globally.
• Automate processes to support scale and track program performance with data-driven reviews.
• Provide guidance on funding approvals and manage budget stewardship.
