Responsibilities

• Manage key account partnerships, meetings, portals, and KPI/scorecards.
• Streamline workflows to let sales focus on selling.
• Perform operational analysis, data cleansing, and reporting.
• Retrieve and analyze data from multiple sources to support sales initiatives.
• Create and publish routine and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Track program metrics and monitor performance.
