Job summary

UWGC is seeking a Manager, Partner Experience & Community Partnerships to lead primary relationships for CEW and other partners, translating partner feedback into actionable insights for UWGC's investments and impact strategies. The role designs and facilitates partner meetings and learning sessions, ensuring commitments move forward with disciplined follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years in nonprofit, philanthropy, community engagement, or public service.
• Experience managing multi-organization relationships or multi-organization initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship and portfolio lead for CEW and other assigned partners.
• Set and maintain standards for partner communication, meeting preparation, and follow-up so commitments are met and issues resolved quickly.
• Maintain engagement tools, templates, and relationship records for team visibility and continuity.
• Coordinate with other departments so that commitments to partners are carried out in grant decisions, reporting, and program delivery.
• Provide project guidance to staff, volunteers, or consultants supporting assigned initiatives.
