Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years in nonprofit, philanthropy, community engagement, or public service.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-organization relationships or supporting a multi-organization initiative.
• Strong facilitation skills, including navigating disagreement, power dynamics, and sensitive feedback.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, translating discussion into clear decisions and action.
• Strong project management skills, with a record of closing loops across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to synthesize partner feedback and data into practical recommendations.
• Commitment to inclusive, equitable, and community-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for CEW and partners; understand goals and context.
• Set and maintain standards for partner communication and follow-up.
• Maintain engagement tools, templates, and relationship records.
• Ensure grassroots and under-resourced voices are represented in UWGC decisions.
• Support meeting facilitation and learning sessions; track decisions and owners.
• Document decisions, actions, and follow-ups; monitor commitments.
