UWGC is seeking a Manager, Partner Experience & Community Partnerships to lead primary relationships for CEW and other partners, translating partner feedback into actionable insights for UWGC's investments and impact strategies. The Manager, Partner Experience & Community PartnershipssupportsUWGC's approach to building trusted, consistent partner relationships.This role is the primary relationshipfor Community Empowerment Works (CEW) and other assigned partnerships, designs andfacilitatespartner meetings and learning sessions, and keeps commitments and pilot work moving through disciplined follow-through. The Manager turns partner feedback and community voice into insights that strengthen UWGC's investments and impact strategies.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Partner Experience & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary relationship and portfolio lead for CEW and other assigned partners, understanding each partner's goals, capacity, and context.
• Set andmaintainstandards for partner communication, meeting preparation, and follow-upso commitments are met and issues are resolved quickly.
• Maintain engagement tools, templates, and relationship records for team visibility and continuity.
• Ensure grassroots, emerging, and under-resourced organizations are heard and represented in UWGC's decisions.

Facilitation & Follow-Through

• Support meeting facilitation, partner convenings, and learning sessions, including when navigating disagreement or unclear next steps.
• Document decisions, action items, and owners, and sendtimelyfollow-up communications.
• Monitor commitments to completion and surface stalled issues before they affect trust or progress.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with other departmentsso that commitments made to partners are carried out in grant decisions, reporting, and program delivery(ex. Payment dates, reporting deadlines,etc..)
• Represent UWGC at community meetings and cross-sector work groups within delegated authority.
• Keep the Director informed of emerging issues

Team & Project Leadership

• Manage multiple partner portfolios and projects at once, balancing planned work with emerging needs.
• Document decisions and reusable practices to strengthen organizational continuity.
• Provide project guidance to staff, volunteers, or consultants supporting assigned initiatives.

DESIRED COMPETENCIES

• Grantmaking, community-led initiatives, capacity building, or systems-change workexperience.
• Familiarity with CRM or grant management systems.
• Experience with project management software including Asana.
• Knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati nonprofit and philanthropic landscape.

JOB RELATIONSHIPS WITH

Community Impact Staff; funding organizations; grant applicants; community residents and leaders; public-sector, philanthropic, and nonprofit partners; volunteers; donor; and other UWGC staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree oran equivalentcombination of education and experience.
• Five or more years in nonprofit, philanthropy, community engagement, or public service.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-organization relationships orsupportinga multi-organization initiative.
• Strong facilitation skills, including navigating disagreement, power dynamics, and sensitive feedback.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, translating discussion into clear decisions and action.
• Strong project management skills, with a record of closing loops across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to synthesize partner feedback and data into practical recommendations.
• Commitment to inclusive,equitable, and community-informed practice.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• 5 days a week, in officewith frequent local travel to partner sites and events.
• Some early-morning or evening meetings to support community participation.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Extended viewing of computer monitor.

SALARY

$56,000 plus competitive benefits package (final offer based on level of experience)
