WEConnect International is seeking a Director of Global Markets & Supplier Programs to lead global market engagement, regional execution, and donor-funded programs in Washington, DC. This senior role oversees Regional Directors and partners with the certification function to grow registrations and certifications while expanding access to markets for women-owned businesses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global program leadership or related fields.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to design scalable programs and market engagement.
• Strong experience working with corporate partners, funders, NGOs.

• Develop and implement a Global Market Engagement framework.
• Align regional strategies with global priorities.
• Expand market presence and engagement with women-owned businesses and buyers.
• Ensure regional activities meet goals, quality standards, and metrics.
• Provide regional insights to executive leadership.
