Job summary

The World Economic Forum is seeking an Account Analyst to support the Financial Services team in New York, focusing on partner engagement and operational excellence. This role requires on-site presence three days a week and a strong eye for data quality and process improvement.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Finance and Contracts teams, manage onboarding, track registrations, and help optimize Salesforce data and invoicing workflows while delivering reliable day-to-day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Management or another relevant field.
• 1+ years of full-time experience in business development or relationship management preferred.
• Experience with sales cycle management and account management is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers to onboard Partners and prepare meetings and documents.
• Track registrations, manage logistics and respond to partner queries.
• Maintain accurate account data and liaise with Finance and Contracts teams to ensure invoicing accuracy.
