Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Revenue/Deal Operations or related analytical role in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
• Strong project management instincts and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Route case ownership and manage timeliness in daily triage.
• Improve data quality on support cases and fill rates.
• Resolve partner/customer cases within SLA in designated territory.
