Responsibilities

• Sales/Revenue Operations: develop CRM reports, Power BI dashboards, and AI‑powered agents for insights.
• Sales Enablement: conduct prospect research and prepare materials.
• Lead Routing: qualify and route inbound leads to Relationship Managers.
• Contracting Lifecycle: prepare proposals and NDAs with timely execution.
• Invoicing: manage SaaS invoices with internal coordination.
• CRM Functionality: maintain data integrity and support CRM enhancements.
• RFP Management: coordinate responses across teams.
• Stakeholder Management: train teams and drive process improvements.
