Job summary

Dwyer Workforce Development is seeking a Partner Engagement Specialist to build and sustain community relationships that generate Scholar pipelines and connect individuals to critical support services. You will work with community organizations and referral partners to expand access to training and employment opportunities.

The role emphasizes execution, collaboration with ScholarFacing Teams, and ensuring engagement translates into meaningful participation and outcomes for Dwyer Scholars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in community engagement, outreach, workforce development, or related field.
• Strong ability to build and manage partnerships and community relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and engage community partnerships to generate Scholar pipelines.
• Identify and manage relationships with community-based organizations and referral partners.
• Represent DWD at events, meetings, and conferences (virtual and in-person).
• Build a network of partners supporting Scholar success and program growth.
• Coordinate community engagement activities and events, with measurable outcomes.
