Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a Community Engagement Specialist to serve as a liaison between employers, participants, and partners. You will lead outreach, develop training opportunities, and promote services through in-person events and digital channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service, 2 years in training/public speaking, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and willingness to work hybrid schedules including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Significant demonstrable experience in business-to-business marketing or community-based work.
• Minimum 2 years' customer service experience and 2 years' training/public speaking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community organizations and partners to encourage enrollment.
• Conduct outreach presentations to diverse audiences and organize venues.
• Identify and implement outreach, digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Assist in talent acquisition and deliver training in various formats.
• Connect jobseekers to open positions and guide resources for employment.
