Job summary

Dwyer Workforce Development is seeking a Partner Strategy Lead to advance workforce development initiatives in healthcare through strategic project leadership, program development, and partner success. This role requires deep healthcare operations knowledge and the ability to drive cross-team collaboration.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience, with strong data analysis and training-content development capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, workforce development, public health, education, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in the healthcare industry, workforce development, healthcare operations, program management, project leadership, partner success, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations/programs, employer partnerships, workforce development, healthcare regulations, and clinical environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects while balancing competing organizational priorities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, organizational, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Experience developing training content, implementation guides, SOPs, operational resources, or standardized processes preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into operational improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRMs or databases and comfort working with spreadsheets and data.
  • Ability to travel as needed throughout the DWD footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as department's subject matter expert for assigned healthcare industries and partnership types.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of healthcare trends, workforce needs, regulations, accreditation requirements, and employer expectations.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging workforce needs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and support assigned strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance scholar outcomes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and content to support development of partner playbooks, implementation guides, forms, training materials, and operational tools.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Experience Coordinator to ensure materials are accurate and aligned with best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and partnership outcomes while recommending sustainable solutions.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments to support organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.

Position Summary

The Partner Strategy Lead serves as a strategic resource within the Partner Success Department, responsible for advancing Dwyer Workforce Development's workforce development initiatives through healthcare industry expertise, program innovation, operational excellence, and partner success. This role brings knowledge of healthcare workforce environments, employer operations, and career pathways to support the implementation of strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, improve operational processes, and enhance scholar outcomes. The Partner Strategy Lead is a highly versatile, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve to meet organizational needs. This position collaborates across departments to support strategic initiatives, lead assigned projects, share healthcare industry expertise, develop operational recommendations, and support organizational priorities while maintaining exceptional partner experiences. The Partner Strategy Lead is expected to adapt to evolving organizational priorities by applying healthcare expertise, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to a wide range of initiatives that support DWD's mission and the continued success of its partners and scholars.   • Strategic Project Leadership

  • Provide subject matter expertise and content to support the development, review, and continuous improvement of partner playbooks, implementation guides, forms, standardized resources, training materials, and operational tools.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Experience Coordinator and other department team members to ensure materials remain accurate, relevant, and align with organizational and industry best practices.
  • Develop recommendations for operational processes, implementation resources, and best practices that improve consistency and organizational effectiveness.

  • Support partners across DWD's healthcare partnerships by providing healthcare expertise, operational guidance, problem resolution, and strategic support.

  • Support the successful implementation of partner initiatives by coordinating internal resources and facilitating communication across departments.
