Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior/Principal Partner Technical Enablement Lead to drive the technical journey for Wellness Partners, ensuring integration capabilities and certifications align with Workday HCM/Benefits. You’ll own onboarding, training, and certification programs, guiding partners from onboarding to deployment readiness.

The role offers flexible work options and emphasizes collaboration with enterprise customers, partners and internal teams to deliver high-impact deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical partner enablement, solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise SaaS deployment.
• 5+ years hands-on with API-based technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML) and API testing tools such as Postman.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS or ERP ecosystems in HCM and Benefit Administration domains.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Wellness Partner Platform Adoption Program, including onboarding sessions and test-case development.
• Provide education, training and certification for API integrations and partner readiness.
• Coordinate deployment readiness and customer enablement, including workshops and go-live reviews.
• Create reusable playbooks and toolkits to support repeatable, scalable implementations.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage milestones across deployment lifecycles.
