Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Wellness Partner Platform Adoption Program with onboarding, deep dives, auth setup, and tenant provisioning.
• Build and maintain API documentation, training modules, and a solution quality certification program.
• Coach partners on deployment with project plans, milestones, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Create reusable playbooks and toolkits for scalable customer implementations.
