Job summary

Workday seeks a Partner Technical Enablement Lead for the Workday Wellness platform to manage the technical journey of Wellness Partners, ensuring understanding of HCM/Benefits functionality and API capabilities for enterprise deployments.

You will optimize onboarding, certification, and deployment readiness, coordinating across teams to drive measurable partner success and faster customer value realization.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical partner enablement, solution architecture, or enterprise SaaS deployment.
4+ years in enterprise SaaS deployments within HCM/Benefits domains.

Responsibilities

Facilitate structured technical onboarding sessions for Wellness Partners, including on-boarding, auth setup, and test tenant provisioning.
Lead test-case development and scenario testing to validate integration capabilities prior to customer engagement.
Design and maintain API documentation, training modules, and a certification program for partner enablement.
