Job summary

Workday seeks a Partner Technical Enablement Lead for the Wellness platform to own the technical journey for Wellness Partners. You will ensure understanding of Workday HCM/Benefits, master API capabilities, and guide enterprise deployments to readiness.

Success is measured by reducing time-to-adoption and accelerating deployment readiness across partner programs, with a focus on scalable enablement and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Wellness Partner Platform Adoption Program
• Facilitate structured technical onboarding sessions for Wellness Partners, including authentication setup, system service coordination, and test tenant provisioning
• Lead test-case development and scenario testing to validate integration capabilities prior to customer engagement
• Build and maintain API documentation, learning resources, and training modules
• Design, implement, and own a solution quality certification program with standard vs. advanced implementations
• Define how internal teams and Workday HCM customers identify Wellness Partners and their certification tiers
• Provide proactive technical advisory services, ad-hoc troubleshooting, and hands-on guidance for product credentials
• Equip partners with technical expertise and program management frameworks for leading customer deployments
