Workday is seeking a Partner Technical Enablement Lead to own the technical journey for Wellness Partners, ensuring they understand Workday HCM/Benefits functionality and master our API capabilities. You will streamline onboarding, testing, and certification to accelerate partner readiness and deployment readiness.

The role requires extensive experience in partner enablement and SaaS deployments, with a focus on API-first integrations and enterprise-scale customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical partner enablement, solution architecture, or enterprise SaaS deployment.
• 5+ years hands-on with API-based technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML) and API testing tools.
• 7+ years in enterprise SaaS or ERP ecosystems, specifically HCM and Benefit Administration domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wellness Partner Platform Adoption Program, onboarding and test tenant provisioning.
• Develop test-case scenarios to validate integrations before customer engagement.
• Create learning resources, API documentation, and training modules.
• Define partner certification tiers and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Provide proactive technical advisory services and hands-on guidance for product credentials.
• Coach partners through deployment phases (discovery to go-live).
• Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits for scalable implementations.
