Job summary

Workday is seeking a Partner Technical Enablement Lead to drive the adoption of the Wellness Partner Platform. You’ll own the technical journey for Wellness Partners, guiding them through HCM/Benefits capabilities, API learnings, and readiness for enterprise deployments.

In this role you’ll build training resources, certify partner solutions, and provide hands-on guidance to ensure partners reach deployment readiness, with a focus on time-to-value and scalable, repeatable implementations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical partner enablement, solution architecture, or enterprise SaaS deployment.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Proven track record in enterprise SaaS or ERP ecosystems, especially HCM and Benefit Administration domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions for Wellness Partners, including deep dives and test tenant provisioning.
• Develop test cases and scenarios to validate integrations before customer engagements.
• Create learning resources, API docs, and training modules for partners.
• Provide advisory services and hands-on guidance to ensure partner deployment readiness.
