Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Director, Business Systems & AI Enablement to lead how we use Salesforce, Asana and AI to drive growth. You will own core platforms, architect integrations, and deliver AI-enabled workflows that cut manual work and deliver measurable ROI.

You will lead a two-person team, collaborate with Product, Finance and Operations, and report to the leadership group driving human-AI collaboration across the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, process optimization or enterprise application management.
• Experience leading business analysts or systems teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, roadmap and health of Salesforce and Asana across the business.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Asana and connected systems (NetSuite, HubSpot, DocuSign).
• Design and deliver user stories, solution designs and business requirements; manage backlogs in Jira.
