Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Development Executive to manage relationships with our Partner Ecosystem across the AMS, EMEA, and APJ regions. The role focuses on nurturing current partners and expanding their ServiceNow practices within a global ecosystem.

You will drive partner planning, governance, enablement, and reviews, coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations to hit revenue targets, with travel about 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision making.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing, or channel/alliances partner management.
• Ability to coordinate with global teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture ServiceNow Partner Ecosystem across AMS/EMEA/APJ.
• Build partner practices through business planning and account planning.
• Plan for success with target agreements and growth investments.
• Govern the ecosystem with readiness scoring, milestones, metrics reporting.
• Coordinate with Partner Operations and Enablement to ensure reporting and best practices.
• Conduct quarterly and bi-annual business reviews.
• Travel approximately 10%.
