Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Development Executive to manage relationships with our Partner Ecosystem across the AMS/EMEA/APJ regions. You will nurture partners and help them mature their ServiceNow practice, building plans, targets, and governance.

The role requires 5+ years in partnerships and the ability to operate in east-west structures; travel about 10% is expected. You will collaborate with Partner Operations and Enablement to drive growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision making.
• At least 5 years in sales, marketing, or partner management.
• Ability to work in an east-west operating model with both direct and dotted line teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture ServiceNow partner ecosystem across regions.
• Drive partner programs, governance, and revenue growth through collaboration.
• Plan success targets, capacity planning, and roadmap sessions with partners.
• Coach partners remotely and in person; conduct quarterly and bi-annual reviews of progress.
• Approximately 10% travel.
