We are a growing SaaS company focused on providing innovative solutions within the B2B sector. We are looking for a talented Partner Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our indirect sales channel through strategic alliances.
Job Duties:
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations and independent sales reps to boost revenue and our indirect sales network.
- Identify and pursue new partnership avenues, generating qualified leads and nurturing a robust business development pipeline via third-party channels.
- Empower indirect sales reps with the necessary training, resources, and strategic guidance to effectively generate leads and close deals.
- Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements that align with our business goals.
- Step in to help close deals when partners secure initial meetings but need extra support.
- Track and report on partner performance, providing actionable insights to optimize channel effectiveness.
- Foster long-term, high-impact relationships with partners to ensure ongoing engagement and alignment.
- Travel as needed (25–50%) to meet with partners and support field efforts.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients through partner-driven opportunities and direct sales efforts.
- Personally close at least two accounts in the first year to gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions and sales processes.
Ideal Background:
- Proven success in sales, channel/indirect sales, partnership development, or business development roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Strategic and results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-focused, thriving in a performance-driven setting.
- Preference for experience in longer sales cycles (around 9 months).
- Open to B2B sales leaders from various backgrounds.
- Demonstrated job stability, reflecting the long tenure of our leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
