We’re seeking a Partner Development Manager to lead the growth of our indirect sales channel by building strategic partnerships across key U.S. markets. Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, managing relationships, and aligning sales initiatives with company goals. The role requires a results-driven professional with sales experience, relationship management skills, and a proven ability to generate revenue through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue and expand the indirect sales network.
  2. Identify and pursue new partner opportunities, generate leads, and develop business pipelines.
  3. Support indirect sales reps with training, resources, and strategic guidance.
  4. Negotiate partnership agreements aligning with business objectives.
  5. Assist in closing client opportunities when partners need additional support.
  6. Track and report partner performance to optimize channel effectiveness.
  7. Cultivate long-term relationships with partners for ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  8. Travel up to 25–50% to meet with partners and support field efforts.
  9. Achieve or exceed sales quotas through partner-driven opportunities and independent closing.
  10. Close at least two accounts within the first year to gain firsthand sales experience.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Logistics, or related field.
  • Based in or near Springfield, MO; this is an in-office role.
  • Experience in sales, channel/indirect sales, or business development roles.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strategic, results-oriented, and independent work ethic.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and goal-focused.
