Liquid Web is seeking a Partner Development Manager to grow and support our partner ecosystem, driving engagement and revenue while providing innovative solutions that remove barriers to success.

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our existing base of partners by executing strategic business plans, engaging with key stakeholders, and recommending solutions to drive revenue. Your ability to develop meaningful relationships and leverage innovative tools will be essential to your success in this role.

This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a salary of $75K annually.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Own partner-sourced pipeline, sales, and revenue targets within your assigned territory
  2. Onboard, manage, and grow reseller and partner organizations to drive long-term success
  3. Develop and execute quarterly business plans, aligning with sales goals and implementing gap strategies when necessary
  4. Create targeted account plans to maximize engagement and revenue opportunities.
  5. Drive strategic account mapping and partner interactions to build a predictable, high-value pipeline. Establish and nurture relationships with key partner contacts and field teams
  6. Collaborate internally across cross-functional teams to support partner payments and revenue processes
  7. Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively qualify and support partner deals
What We’re Looking For:
  1. 1+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, channel management, partner sales, or account management within the technology sector
  2. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  3. Strong sales acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans. A collaborative mindset with experience driving solutions both internally and externally
  4. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage partners and drive results
  5. A passion for problem-solving and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
