Responsibilities:
  1. The Partner Development Manager for ISV (Integrated Software Vendors / technology partners) is a critical role focused on sourcing, signing, and setting up key technology partners to drive new customers, processing volume, and revenue.
  2. This is a direct impact role, measured by growth in your partner pipeline, deal flow, and the number of customers your partnership portfolio delivers.
  3. Build a pipeline of qualified technology partners that can benefit from reselling the company's suite of integrated payment solutions.
  4. Develop and implement strategic targeting plans for verticals, channels, and industries.
  5. Drive demand through participation in events, conferences, prospect meetings, and industry involvement in integrated payments.
  6. Maintain disciplined pipeline management to ensure clear and timely progression through sales stages.
  7. Manage the entire partner lifecycle from lead identification, qualification, contact, sales pitch, deal structuring, to agreement execution.
  8. Collaborate with partner success and integration teams for seamless onboarding and go-live.
  9. Work with the partner marketing team to support marketing collateral, content, training, and enablement materials to accelerate time to production.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field; or HS diploma / GED with 4 years of related experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with integrated payments or a related field.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in channel or integrated payment sales.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
