A Day in the Life of the Director of Training and Development

The Director of Training and Development identifies training needs, develops training and professional development to address these needs, and provides training whether on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting to provide our staff with the tools for success. Using a variety of instructional techniques, this individual develops training materials to include handouts, training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, online modules, and more in alignment with the JAG Model and the JAG-K Strategic Plan.
