Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant customer-facing or partner-facing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and manage a queue.
• Comfortable learning new tools in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, able to take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound lead queue and respond within SLA.
• Conduct initial outreach and gather basic information for qualification.
• Log lead activity in the CRM accurately and promptly.
• Route leads to the appropriate teammate based on criteria.
• Support data hygiene by keeping pipeline stages and records current.
• Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to manage follow-up and prioritization.
• Assist with qualified partner onboarding and activation tasks.
