Job summary
Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Operations Administrator to oversee compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements for installation partners. The role focuses on gathering, reviewing, and maintaining required documents to ensure partners meet company standards.
You will coordinate with internal teams, update Nitro profiles in real time, and conduct routine audits of partner files, licenses, and coverage.
Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented across multiple projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Experience navigating web platforms and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Verify onboarding partners meet minimum standards before service.
- Review onboarding packets and coordinate follow-ups with relevant teams.
- Ensure Nitro profiles and documents are accurate.
- Ensure insurance, certificates, and licenses are in place; suspend when needed.
- Update Nitro in real time to maintain data integrity.
- Audit installation partner files, insurance, and licenses regularly.
- Sitting at a desk and speaking on the phone for eight hours daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
